New Academic Dean

Saint Joseph of Arimathea Theological College is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Snowden Russell III Ph.D. as academic Dean of the college. Father Russell is a respected scholar in Scripture, the early church, patristic theology, Syriac and apologetics.

Dr. Russell received an A.B. from Harvard in Classics, a M.T.S. from Harvard Divinity concentrating on Theological Studies and Biblical Hebrew, a M.St. from Oxford that focused on the theological development of doctrine to 451, and a Ph.D. in Historical Theology from Catholic University of America. Most recently, Father Russell has been a Lecturer in Theology at Mount Saint Mary's College in Emmitsburg, MD. He is a welcome addition to the faculty of St. Joseph of Arimathea.
