New Academic Dean for Saint Joseph June 2005 Saint Joseph of Arimathea Theological College is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Snowden Russell III Ph.D. as academic Dean of the college. Father Russell is a respected scholar in scripture, the early church, patristic theology, Syriac and apologetics. Dr. Russell received an A.B. from Harvard in Classics, a M.T.S.
from Harvard Divinity concentrating on Theological Studies and Biblical
Hebrew, a M.St. from Oxford that focused on the theological development
of doctrine to 451, and a Ph.D. in Historical Theology from Catholic
University of America. Most recently, Father Russell has been a
Lecturer in Theology at Mount Saint Mary's College in Emmitsburg,
MD. He is a welcome addition to the faculty of St. Joseph of Arimathea.
