Trinitytide 2005 New Academic Dean St. Joseph of Arimathea Anglican Theological College is pleased to announce the appointment of the Reverend Paul S. Russell III, Ph.D. as Academic Dean of the college. Fr. Russell is a respected scholar in Scripture, the early Church, patristic theology, Syriac, and apologetics. Dr. Russell received an A.B. from Harvard in Classics, a M.T.S.
from Harvard Divinity concentrating on Theological Studies and Biblical
Hebrew, a M. ST. from Oxford that focused on the theological development
of doctrine to 451, and a Ph.D. in Historical Theology from Catholic
University of America. Most recently Fr. Russell has been a Lecturer
in Theology at Mount Saint Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
He is a welcome addition to the faculty of St. Joseph of Arimathea.
