Lent 2002 Bishop Waggener Enthroned in the South
The Rt. Rev. Robert Forbes Waggener was installed as the second Bishop of the Diocese of the Southern States on January 26, 2002 in the Church of the Holy Comforter, Montevallo, AL. The solemn Mass of Enthronement was celebrated by the Most Rev. Robert Sherwood Morse. The climax of the liturgy of Enthronement was the presentation of the pastoral staff to Bishop Waggener by the Rt. Rev. James Pollard Clark, first Bishop of the Diocese of the Southern States. |
