Epiphany 2005 Provincial Development
With the contemporary drift of many churches from being Christ-centered
to pagan, the province is pressured to respond. The Provincial Development
Fund was established to meet the demand for new parishes. The construction
of All Saints Church in Cheyenne, Wyoming, is just one example of
the work of the Development Fund. To answer the expectations of
